| Why is evolving our consciousness (spirituality) so important? Because for example, if we are a freshman in high school, we don't plan to be a freshman for the rest of our lives right? Why do we need to incarnate to help evolve our consciousness? As souls we never experience suffering and we are in complete bliss. Think of the physical world or dimension as a 'training facility' where souls are born into physical bodies so they can train or evolve their consciousness. The whole physical world and our whole physical life is one big test for humanity as a whole, and for each individual as well. It is a test of whether we choose the spiritual path (evolve our consciousness) or the physical path (materialism). We are not saying to completely neglect the physical world. It is the focus that is important. The test is to see whether we focus on the spiritual path or the physical path. We can focus on the spiritual path and live in the physical at the same time. |
| Many of us are going through some sort of crisis right now. It could be financial, emotional, etc. Don't lose faith because a crisis is a wake up call from our soul to remind us of the purpose of life. Maybe some would say that is not fair that our soul would give us such suffering, but it would be even more unjust if our soul neglects to give us a wake up call, or simply allows us to follow the wrong path. Why is it the wrong path? The responsibility and duty of a parent is to guide and to care for a child, and if this is neglected...we all know the rest of the story. So in a way our soul is like a parent guiding us to the purpose of life, in this case we are both the parent and the child simultaneously. |
