1.)  Sleep:

a.)  Is a necessary part of one’s
existence.


b.)  No earthly being can without sleep.


c.)  Some conditions may reduce need
for sleep.  At high altitude, four hours
may be enough.


***2.)  Any degree of sleep brings
one closer to the Subtle World.


a.)  There are different degrees of
consciousness in sleep.


b.)  So must cultivate clarity of
consciousness.
5.)  In Our Abode, vibrations are
especially needed by those who are in
between the dense and subtle states.  


a.)  So why We are so concern about
this subtle-dense state.


b.)  This problem was foreseen ages
ago, and requires special care.
