But there must be ""Solitude of the Spirit"" (aka ""Solitude in Unity""); not necessarily mean physically alone, but Unity in one’s Spirit with all – through one’s disciplined, focused & controlled: ""Goal-Fitting Thoughts"". 3.) Consecrating oneself [dedicating oneself to a sacred purpose], the yogi grows the crystal of one’s individuality. *4.) The more generously one gives, the more one remains untouched!
