***16.) Five Important Stages (Or Steps) Of Spiritual Practice And Development— Needed To Achieve Eternal Liberation (Revealed By Fifth Buddha Maitreya ; Ascended Master Djwhal Khul ; And Patanjali's Yoga Sutras): • Aspiration, • Concentration, • Meditation, • Contemplation, • Illumination, a.) Aspiration is the desire (or urge) to seek, strive and serve for something higher. b.) Concentration is single focus attention. Mindfulness begins with concentration— which is a stepping stone to meditation. c.) Meditation is about Inner World: Seeking, Striving, Living and Communicating with Higher Beings [ so it should more precisely be called ""Inner Focused, Esoteric** / Occult Meditation – Which Emphasizes And Focuses On Selfless Service, Clear Mind And Pure Heart"" ]. d.) Contemplation includes pondering and thinking about the consequences of one's daily: thoughts, words, speech and actions. |
17.) So those who are only striving for mindfulness are actually far away from opening the Heavenly Gate! 18.) According to Fifth Buddha Maitreya's Agni Yoga Teaching (or Yoga of the Fiery Heart)—the newest [for our modern era] and last Teaching [last for our Fifth Race—but intended to become the universal teaching and immediate future science for our coming new higher Sixth- or Buddha-hood- Race] which has been available and accessible in Western countries since the early 1900s: a.) Eternal Liberation Is Only Achievable After One Attains ""Fiery Heart"". b.) ""Fiery Heart"" Is Achieved After One Attains: Soul Union With Lord's Higher Consciousness (aka Buddhi or Christ or Solar Angel Consciousness) c.) Which Is Only Achievable Through: ●●● Selfless Service. ●●● Spiritual Inner: Seeking, Living And Practicing—By Daily: Conforming, Complying and Applying: True (Undistorted) Teachings Throughout One's Entire Life. ●●● Sharing For The Greater Good and Selflessly Serving Group Members—Out Of Goodwill And Gratitude To Extraordinarily Sacrificing Higher Beings Like Lord And God. |

e.) Illumination [or Opening the Heavenly Gate—also known as: Enlightenment (or) Spiritual Awakening and Continuous Expanding of Inner Consciousness (or) Achieved Buddhi / Christ Consciousness / Fiery Heart †] is reached when one sees Inner Light (or Light in the Head). |
